At Jubilee Thrift, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original 'as-sold' condition with all Jubilee tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer portal or contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the Jubilee Thrift hangtags are intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects the items and confirms they meet our quality standards, a digital gift card will be issued to your email within 3-5 business days.
